With over 14 years of work experience in engineering and facilities management, Andy is a Building Superintendent at Mat-Su Health Foundation, a Non-Profit organization that works to improve the health and well-being of Alaskans.

As a Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Andy oversees the maintenance, security, and operations of the foundation's buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and policies. Andy also manages the budget, contracts, and vendors for the facilities, and coordinate with staff and stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.

In Andy's previous roles, he served as an Engineering Manager and a Section Chief Engineering Management at the United States Air Force, where he was responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating complex engineering projects, as well as leading and supervising teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Andy also developed and implemented solutions for various engineering challenges, such as infrastructure, energy, environmental, and safety issues, and delivered high-quality results within time and budget constraints.
