Co-Founder & Chair, Mrs. Scottye Davis has been in the Facility Management industry for the majority of her life. She is experienced in bidding on national contracts in all 50 states and Canada. With her degree in Business Management and Marketing she can negotiate with the best of them and has experience running crews in over 1M Sq. foot facilities.

She has created several promotional campaigns and websites and understands legal contract creation and negotiations. She has attended dozens of Trade Shows over the past 20 years for PRSM, ISSA, and IFMA and many more.

Scottye is not only the COO of a national building maitneance company, but she assisted her husband Ron Davis launch Clear the Air HVAC Services in 2024.  She also serves on several facility management committees and is a member of IFMA, BOMA and Connex and the Rotary Club.

Her extensive background in national contract negotiations and running a business gives her both the  experience and wisdom to help women take their business to the next level.  A few examples of her sales include the following:  HINO, BMW, Milwaukee Electric Tool, AT&T, FEDEX, L'Occitane, REI, AZO, AT&T and many others.

Today she enjoys helping women find their place and the respect that they truly desire in the business world and the next generation of female leaders.
